Lee Engineering was established in 1971 by a professional engineer and licensed irrigator. We take pride in offering our customers peace of mind knowing that a licensed professional engineer is behind every design.
Our experienced and knowledgeable technicians have been with us for an average of 16 years each. Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for one year after installation.
Lee Engineering is run by our owner, Tommy LaLonde, PE, who is a state licensed professional engineer and graduate of Texas A&M. Tommy personally oversees all design work for Lee Engineering. His knowledge of soil mechanics as well as design and construction experience make Tommy a leading authority on lawn irrigation, foundation solutions, and drainage.

Trenchless installation means we won’t mess up your lawn
Lee Engineering has been the leading innovator in the use of the vibratory plow for installing rigid PVC pipe. This concept has been overwhelmingly well-received by our customers because of minimal disturbance to landscaping and the elimination of unsightly, uneven settling of trenches. Lee Engineering began using the vibratory plow technique in the early 1980’s for pulling pipe up to 1" in diameter. We have successfully pulled several million feet of pipe and wire. On residential jobs, almost all pipe is installed with a vibratory plow since the pipe rarely is larger than 1". On commercial jobs, most pipe up to 1" is installed with a vibratory plow. When larger pipe is required, it is installed using the “old fashioned” trenching technique.
